SHUNZHAN Anti-Fog Film is engineered for cold-chain packaging where temperature differentials cause condensation. The proprietary anti-fog coating prevents water droplets from forming on the film surface, maintaining crystal-clear visibility of fresh produce, meat, seafood, and refrigerated products. Yes, our anti-fog film is FDA 21 CFR 175.300 compliant and EU 10/2011 approved for direct food contact with fresh produce, prepared foods, and cold-chain packaging. Migration testing reports available on request.

What’s the recommended lamination temperature?

Recommended lamination temperature: 95-115°C (surface temp). Higher temperatures (>120°C) may damage the anti-fog coating. Always test before full production. Pressure: 15-20 MPa, Speed: 10-30 m/min.
