Manufacturing Process

Our vertically integrated production process ensures full control over film quality — from raw material inspection to finished roll delivery.

1. Raw Material Inspection — Incoming polypropylene resin and EVA adhesive are tested for melt flow index, moisture content, and purity before release to production.
2. BOPP Extrusion — Multi-layer coextrusion lines produce biaxially oriented polypropylene films with consistent thickness (typically 12–30 μm) and stable mechanical properties.
3. Function layers– the function layer can be customized.
4. Corona Treatment — Online corona treatment ensures surface dyne levels of 38–42 dyn/cm for excellent ink adhesion and lamination bonding.
5. EVA Hot-Melt Coating — Precision extrusion coating applies a uniform EVA adhesive layer (typically 5–15 gsm) for thermal lamination applications.
6. Slitting & Rewinding — Automated slitters cut master rolls to customer-specified widths (typically 200 mm – 1880 mm) and lengths.
7. Quality Testing — Each batch undergoes thickness profile, gloss level, corona dyne, bond strength, and heat seal testing.
8. Export Packaging — Rolls are wrapped in protective film, suspended in wooden pallets or cartons, and loaded for international shipment.
